Balance and free trials
Using Sonilo through an AI assistant or MCP plugin? Your balance and free trials are separate. Check both before generating.
What your account includes
- Balance in USD
- The amount currently on your Sonilo Platform account. Usage history shows past spending, not your remaining balance.
- Trials for each service
- Music, sound effects, and other services have their own trial allowances. An exhausted music trial does not tell you whether another service has a trial left.
- Access to services
- Available services depend on your connected account. Your AI assistant can use that account’s existing access.
Why did generation stop?
- Insufficient balance
- Your balance or free allowance is not enough for this request. Ask your AI assistant to check what you have left before trying again.
- Trial used up
- That service’s free allowance is exhausted. This does not necessarily mean your paid balance is zero.
- Service unavailable
- Your account may not have access, or the service may be temporarily unavailable. This is different from running out of funds.
About the free dubbing preview
Eligible accounts can preview up to the first 15 seconds in one target language, without a supplied subtitle script. The returned result confirms eligibility and preview length. A full-video request is a separate generation, not just the remaining seconds.
Ask your AI assistant
Copy a message and paste it into your Sonilo conversation. Copying does not start a task.
Find my existing result
Check the status of my previous Sonilo task. Retrieve its result if it’s ready; don’t generate it again.
Continue after an account update
My Sonilo account has been updated. Refresh my access and check the previous task first. If the earlier request was rejected before starting, retry it once with the same settings.
Checking your balance does not reserve funds or guarantee generation. If a task fails, ask your AI assistant to check its charge or refund status.
